Repair process
1. Submit your request using the form
First, please let us know specifically about the problem using the Contact form.
2. We will contact you by email.
After confirming your request, we will reply to you via email. In many cases, we will ask you to send us a photo of the area you are requesting repair at this time. During our communication, we will inform you about repair methods, estimates, and delivery dates.
3. Please send the clothing
If you are satisfied with the repair method, estimate, and delivery date, please send the product to us with shipping prepaid.

4. Confirmation of the product requested for repair
After checking the clothing you sent, we will contact you regarding the final repair method, cost, and delivery date.
5. Payment of fees
After confirming your payment, we will begin the repair.
The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer (¥770 - tax included nationwide). We will charge you the total return shipping fee and repair fee.

・Square (credit card payment)
*Square is an online payment service. A billing email will be sent from Square, and you can pay by credit card from the URL provided.
6. Delivered after repair is completed
We will send it back to you once the repair is complete.
Notes
- Small items such as socks and gloves cannot be repaired.
・We may not be able to accept items with significant deterioration or damage.
